AutoPSEO documentation
Every report and feature, one topic per page. 93 pages.
AutoPSEO is automated programmatic SEO. It reads your site's Google Search Console data, finds the searches your pages should be winning, writes articles for them in your site's own format and languages, and sends them to your site through a signed webhook, where your site stores and serves them. Around that engine sit the reports that guide its choices, an MCP server for your own AI, and research tools.
Start here
- Sign in at the app with your Google account. The 7-day trial starts with your first sign-in and needs no card.
- Connect Search Console. AutoPSEO asks for read-only access in a consent of its own and imports every property the Google account can read.
- Open a property and get to know the dashboard and the date range and Filter panel that every report shares.
- Set up the content engine for the site you want to grow.
You can look around before connecting anything: the demo property sc-domain:demo.autopseo.app is open to everyone and runs on sample data.
The content engine
The engine is the heart of AutoPSEO. Once you switch it on for a property, it scans the site (its sitemap, its pages and its Search Console data), proposes the languages, content types and article format it found, and plans a backlog of topics. Each topic is checked against what the site already covers before anything is written. Articles follow the site's format, pass the same checks whoever writes them, are published in each of the site's languages, get a cover image where the site shows one, and are delivered to the site. After that the engine looks after them: articles whose clicks fall away are refreshed, and articles that rank but are rarely clicked are optimised.

- Delivery to your site
- Writing with your own AI
- Keeping articles fresh
- Optional hosting

Your site owns everything it receives and keeps working without AutoPSEO. Hosting by AutoPSEO exists for those who want it, and stays off unless you choose it.
Search Console reports
The same data feeds reports you can open yourself from each property's sidebar:
- Queries, Pages & Countries, with Query Analysis for searches that look like fragments of AI conversations
- New & Lost Rankings and Rank Changes
- Content Groups & Topic Clusters
- Opportunities: decay, cannibalisation, CTR, striking-distance keywords and on-page checks
- Indexing, page experience and site analysis
- Advanced analysis and forecasting
Beyond Search Console
Google Analytics 4 adds sessions, key events and traffic from AI assistants next to your clicks, and Bing Webmaster Tools adds Bing's queries, pages and crawl issues. The Research section of each property holds keyword research, rank tracking, domain and backlink data, site audits and AI visibility checks; these draw on your plan's research credits (billing).
AI assistants, the API and alerts
- MCP & ChatGPT: one endpoint for Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor and any other MCP client, covering Search Console, GA4, research and the content engine
- Grok: the same server from grok.com, Grok Build or the xAI API
- Data Studio: getting AutoPSEO numbers into your own dashboards
- Slack, Teams & webhooks: scheduled reports and alerts in the channels your team already reads
