Live vs stored properties
Understanding the split helps you pick the right tier.
Live properties
Real-time data through Google's API. Perfect for quick checks and monitoring across many sites, live dashboards, and properties you are auditing.
What you get: full Search Console data for the last 16 months, refreshed on demand.
What you do not get: history beyond 16 months, instant loading on large ranges, multi-year comparisons.
Stored properties
We store the daily data in our analytics warehouse, so it keeps accumulating past Google's window. Perfect for your most important sites.
What you get: up to 10 years of history, sub-second dashboards, custom segmentation and full historical comparisons.
How it works: when you enable storage we backfill everything Google still has (typically 16 months) and collect daily from then on.
Pricing questions
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every paid plan starts with a 7-day free trial and no credit card. You get the full feature set during the trial.
What is the difference between live and stored properties?
Live properties are read through the Search Console API and cover Google’s own 16-month window. Stored properties are warehoused daily, so their history keeps growing to 10 years and long date ranges load instantly.
Can I change plan later?
Yes, up or down at any time. Changes are prorated by Stripe and take effect immediately.
What happens when the trial ends?
Reports stop loading new data until you pick a plan. Nothing is deleted, and your stored history stays intact.
Do you need write access to my Search Console?
No. Read access is enough for every report. Full access is optional and only needed to submit sitemaps or run URL inspections from inside the app.
Can I invite clients?
Yes. Each plan includes seats: invited people see the properties you share with them without needing their own Search Console access.
