Terms of Service
Last updated 9 September 2026
Agreement
These terms govern your use of AutoPSEO. By creating an account you accept them. If you are accepting on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you may bind that organisation.
The service
AutoPSEO reads data from Google Search Console and other sources you connect and presents reports built from it. The accuracy and completeness of those reports depend on the upstream APIs: Google anonymises rare queries, caps responses at 25,000 rows and delays data by a couple of days. We show those limits rather than hide them, but we cannot remove them.
Your account
You are responsible for the activity under your account, for keeping API keys secret, and for having the right to access the properties you connect. Do not use the service to access data you are not authorised to see.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to break, overload or reverse engineer the service, do not resell raw API access, and do not use it to violate the terms of Google, Microsoft or any other provider whose data you connect. We may suspend accounts that put the service or other customers at risk.
Plans, billing and trials
Paid plans start with a 7-day free trial that requires no credit card. After the trial you choose a plan; subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. Prices are shown excluding tax where applicable; Stripe collects payment and any tax due.
You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time from the billing page. Downgrades take effect immediately with a prorated adjustment; cancellations stop the next renewal and keep access until the end of the paid period.
Refunds
If the service does not work as described, write to support@autopseo.com within 14 days of a charge and we will refund it. We do not otherwise refund partial months.
Data and ownership
You keep all rights to your data. We keep all rights to the software. You grant us the limited licence needed to fetch, store and process your data in order to provide the service. Reports you export are yours to use freely.
Availability
We aim for high availability but do not promise uninterrupted service. Upstream API outages, quota exhaustion and scheduled maintenance can interrupt reports.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost rankings, traffic or revenue.
Termination
You can delete your account at any time. We may terminate an account for a material breach of these terms after giving you a chance to fix it, or immediately where the breach is unlawful.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes are announced by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date means acceptance.
