Queries, Pages & Countries
AutoPSEO's three core Search Console reports, plus Query Analysis: what each table holds, how comparisons work and how to open a single query or page.
Queries, Pages and Countries are the first reports under Analytics in a property's sidebar, and they share one layout. Each lists one Search Console dimension with clicks, impressions, CTR and average position for your date range, compares every row with the comparison period, and charts the biggest movers. Query Analysis, listed under Queries, classifies the same queries by their shape.
- Queries: every search that showed your site, and a detail view per query.
- Query Analysis: separates conversational and machine-made searches, the traces of AI assistants, from ordinary keywords.
- Pages: every URL Google credited with impressions, and the queries behind each.
- Countries: where the people searching were.
What every one of these tables does
- Columns for clicks, impressions, CTR (hidden until you show it with the column button) and Avg Ranking, plus Prev Ranking and change badges when a comparison is on.
- All, Winning and Losing tabs with a comparison on, where winning means more clicks than in the earlier period.
- 50 rows a page by default (25, 100 or 250 on request), a search box, sorting on any column, and the copy and CSV buttons described in Exporting data.
- The Filter panel and date range, including branded and non-branded splits and quick filters such as Questions or 4+ words.
- Send to Slack and Save & share report beside the filters (sharing).
The change chart
With a comparison on, a chart under the table shows the values with the largest totals that pass two thresholds, Min clicks and Min impressions (a value passes when it reaches them in either period). Of those, it draws the top 25 as bars from a centre line: green to the right for growth, red to the left for decline, with the percentage change and this period's clicks beside each. Switch between clicks and impressions, raise the thresholds to see smaller values, or save the chart as a PNG.
Where the numbers come from
Each report asks Search Console for its dimension over your range and over the comparison period. Reading live, it fetches up to 25,000 rows per period; with full storage switched on for the property, it reads the stored rows instead whenever they cover the range (Dashboard Management). Rare queries are withheld by Google for privacy, which is why the query table can account for fewer clicks than the property total; the Queries report flags how much is missing. Google explains the reasons in its deep dive into performance data.
