Account settings

The Account page gathers your Google connections, integration keys, team, sign-in methods, export and date formats, cookie choice and account deletion.

Account4 min read

Account in the main sidebar opens a single settings page; your name at the foot of the sidebar leads there too. From top to bottom it covers your linked Google accounts and Google Analytics, billing, AI tools, integration keys, your team, how you sign in, tags, export and date formats, cookies and, last of all, deleting the account. This page goes through each section.

Linked Google Search Console accounts

Each Google account you have connected is listed with what it is currently connected to: Search Console read-only or full access, and Google Analytics. Depending on its grants, you may see:

  • Enable full access, needed for URL inspection and sitemap submission.
  • Grant Search Console access, when the account was linked without it.
  • Grant Google Analytics access, to unlock the GA4 reports for that account.
  • A Bing Webmaster Tools link, where that account's Bing API key is kept.
  • Re-authorize, shown with a red badge when Google stopped accepting the stored token.
  • Unlink account. Properties connected through the account keep their settings but stop loading data until you link an account that can read them.

Connect Account adds another Google account. The full flow is in Connecting Search Console, and you can withdraw AutoPSEO's access from Google's side at any time under Google account permissions.

Google Analytics (GA4)

Setting up GA4 takes two steps. Here, once per Google account, Connect Google Analytics grants read-only access. Then, once per property, you pick the GA4 property it maps to. Connecting GA4 walks through both.

Billing, AI tools and integration keys

  • Subscription & invoices → Manage billing opens the Subscription & Billing page, where your plan, usage and invoices live (details).
  • MCP & API → Connect AI tools opens the page where Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor and other tools sign in, and where you create API keys (MCP & ChatGPT).
  • Bing Webmaster Tools keeps one API key per Google account, with test, save and remove. Without a key the Bing reports show that they are not configured.
  • Core Web Vitals (CrUX) lets you use your own Chrome UX Report API key for higher quotas and email alerts (Core Web Vitals).
  • Slack, Teams & webhooks connects channels for reports and alerts (setup).

Team

Shows how many seats you use on your plan, with Manage team to invite people. If you are a member of someone else's workspace, this section names it instead. See Sharing & team access.

Sign-in methods, email and password

Your profile lists the ways you can sign in: Google, which follows the account's email address, and a password once you have set one. Add a second method before you depend on a single one.

To change your email address, enter the new one and choose Send confirmation links. A link goes to the current address and another to the new one, and the change completes only when both have been opened; your sites, reports and subscription are unaffected. If you are moving to a different Google account, finish the confirmation first and only then sign in with Google under the new address. Signing in with the new Google account before that creates a separate, empty account and blocks the change.

A password needs at least 10 characters. With one set, you can sign in with email and password rather than a link each time.

Tags

Manage Tags lists the tags you created on My Sites and how many sites carry each one. Deleting a tag removes it from every site.

CSV export format

Standard (US / UK) separates the columns of table exports with commas; European (ES / IT / FR / DE / NL) uses semicolons, which suits Excel set to those regional settings. The choice is stored with your account, so it applies on every device. Exporting data explains what an export contains.

Date display format

US (month first), European (day first) or ISO 8601. It changes chart axes, date-range headings, chart tooltips and date columns in CSV exports; page addresses and API responses always use ISO dates. The custom date fields in the date range menu follow your browser's regional settings, not this choice.

Analytics cookies decides whether AutoPSEO counts your page views on its marketing site. The signed-in app never loads analytics. Strictly necessary cookies keep you signed in and cannot be switched off, and Reset preference makes the consent banner ask again.

Preferences in the sidebar

The foot of the sidebar holds Privacy Blur, which blurs site names, URLs and queries for screenshots, Dark Mode, and a Language menu for the interface. Something wrong? sends a message to the AutoPSEO team with the address of the page you are on and nothing else from the report.

Deleting your account

The Danger Zone deletes the account for good once you type DELETE. AutoPSEO first cancels your subscription with Stripe; if Stripe refuses, nothing is deleted. It then signs out every AI tool connected over MCP and removes your profile, linked Google accounts, sites, tags, saved filters, reports, subscription and all other data tied to the account. People on your team lose access to your properties, and the page tells you how many beforehand. Your Search Console properties are untouched, and articles already delivered to your own site stay there, because your site stores them.

Put your SEO content on autopilot

Connect Search Console and your site. AutoPSEO scans it and plans the first topics right away. No credit card needed.
