What are the different permission levels in Google Search Console?

Owner

Full access to all data and features. Can add and remove users, change settings, and verify new properties. There are two types: Verified owners (verified the property themselves) and Delegated owners (granted owner status by a verified owner).

Full user

Can view all data and take most actions (submit sitemaps, request indexing, use the URL Inspection tool), but cannot manage users or delete the property.

Restricted user

Can view most reports but cannot see all data and cannot take actions. Useful for clients or stakeholders who only need to see performance data.
