Why is Google Search Console data delayed?
Performance Reports & Data
Performance data (clicks and impressions) is typically 2–4 days behind the current date. This happens because Google processes and aggregates massive amounts of search data before displaying it. A few things to know:
- The last 2–3 days of data are often incomplete - avoid drawing conclusions from the very latest data points
- Index coverage and URL Inspection data updates more frequently
- Core Web Vitals data (from CrUX) refreshes on a weekly basis
- Performance data is stored for up to 16 months
How AutoPSEO helps
AutoPSEO extends the Performance report with period comparisons, branded/non-branded splits, regex filters, uncapped exports and reports Google does not offer: content decay, keyword cannibalization, CTR benchmarks by position and traffic forecasts, all computed from your own Search Console rows.
